Rooms are clean, even if decor is a bit suspect...

Be warned you have to climb a few flights of stairs to reach the reception. If carrying heavy bags may be worth asking reception for some help.

We stayed in twin room with balcony overlooking the street below. Would recommend booking this if available.

The room I got was small but comfortable, it didn't have any windows though. The shared bathroom was spotless clean. The walls are thin, I could hear the entire phone conversation from the neighbouring room. It's in very good location, 5mins outside railway station. Breakfast is nice, rice with egg, banana, juice and black coffee. There are small balconies overlooking the street, good for an evening beer. It's a steep stairwalk to your room, the rooms are located on floors 4-8.

One of the best service, near around many attractions and good price to stay in Yangon.
